It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the space is suitable for wallpaper installation. We highly recommend that an experienced, professional paper hanger provides the quantity needed and installs the wallpaper. We are not responsible for miscalculations or improper installation. If you live in the Los Angeles area, we have an installer to recommend.


SHIPPING & RETURNS

Wallpaper will ship via UPS Ground and orders will be processed within 3-5 days. Wallpaper is made to order, therefore lead times may vary slightly. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Due to the handmade nature of AK products, each product is one of a kind and slight variation is expected. Wallpaper is final sale and returns are only accepted if items arrive damaged or defective, for the replacement of the same product. All items are carefully inspected before shipping but should any damage occur in transit please email info@akdesignla.com within 7 days of receipt with pictures of the damaged goods and the original packaging. Once approved, please ship the items back within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
